Problems when changing ontology settings

When changing the ontology settings in Atom Studio and the resulting system malfunction is manifested by the inability to display ontology projects, when the ontology appears empty when it should not be, and no projects are displayed, and the application responds with error messages when trying to display an application atom, the solution is to perform a service operation to restart the application data environment.

1. Click on the "Restart App" button.
2. Click on the "Refresh Schema" button.
3. Click on the "Clean Files" button.
