Editing Ontology Projects

The editing environment of the AToM Editor provides primarily the ability to edit the content of the designed Ontology.

This is edited and stored via Class Attributes, Groups, Selections and other integrated components of the AToM system.

These components are included within the Ontology in the individual Projects into which the Ontology is divided. A Project is also sometimes referred to as a Space.

The ontology of a Project, or Space, is made up of Classes, Associations that express the relationships between Classes, Class Attributes (properties) that describe the Class, and special types of components such as Hierarchies, Groups, and Selections.
